Chef Philippe Orrico is back to inspire your palates with tastes from Europe’s vibrant market culture at a new pop-up restaurant Le Marché. He has been admired by many gourmands and acquired a Michelin-star at ON Dining and UPPER Modern Bistro.
At Art Central’s flagship restaurant, connoisseurs of food will have their taste buds dripping on platters that bring back traditional European gourmet markets. There is the classic Tuna Salade (HK$148) and Teriyaki Beef Short Rib (HK$198), which make for a comfortable yet fabulous meal.

Guests will be treated to a selection of amazing tasting pours paired with a rich array of cheeses curetted by master fromagier Jeremy Evrard, great to share over a lively discussion about art.
Exciting cocktails will also be on offer, with the approachable menu including innovative drinks such as famous ONegroni (HK$90), which is rested for one day in a 10 litre clay pit and the Orrico Spritz (HK$90) by legendary mixologist Gaincarlo Mancino.
